Pushups with legs on exercise ball


Exercise requires a good balance on the stability ball.


1.Shooting a stability ball in the middle of a gym mat. Place the ball in the stomach on the ball and the width of
the shoulders and hands in the soil.

Hands and feet roll the ball until the ball is in your thighs and shoulders are directly above your hands.
