Front & Back Shoulder Raise;


This is a simple to use the shoulder
Exercise .


1.Stand an exercise band at each end of the strip between your hands. Keep your back straight and knees slightly bent. Start with your hands near your hips.

2. Slowly move one hand back and forth with one hand. Make sure you rotate your body at all. Avoid the shoulders.

3. Bring hands to the starting position and then continue until the opposite hand in front of it and instead returned. This completes one repetition.

Repeat 8 to 10 hours, rest, then repeat the sequence of exercises as desired.
