Instructions:
1.Lie more and exercise ball with your toes touching the ground and your hands holding an exercise band.
2.Without leaving his body in movement on the ball, raise your left arm until your hand is at head height. Be sure to continue breathing. Lower the arm slowly.
3.Repeat above with the right arm.
