Broken or cracked heels, heels are a very common skin condition, and, ironically, very few people are worried about them, unless they are painful. This is probably because no one is supposed to control the heels. Cracked-term interest rates are not only caused by negligence, but these can be caused by excessive exposure to a dry environment, or the general health of the body has deteriorated. The first step is to remove dead skin cells, which can be done in several ways. You can use a pumice stone or scrub. Vigorously rub against your feet to exfoliate dead skin cells and makes them slippery. You can get a wide range of commercially available foot scrubs but cheap and simple solution is to use a scrub house. Two easy recipes;
Take a bit of common table salt and add a few drops of oil. Use this to scrub your feet.
Another option is the use of crushed strawberries. Just add a little oil (any oil massage works) this mixture and massage the skin cracks. Now, leave for 10-15 minutes then rinse well.
Hydrates generously
The most important part of chiropody is to moisturize regularly. There is a long list of natural products that really works well when used diligently and consistently.
All hydrogenated oils can work wonders. Simply apply twice daily.
Paraffin wax can be melted and used to fill cracks, leave for an hour or two and you will improve even the toughest cracked in some applications. You can also add a small amount of massage oil to make it easier to apply.
Another well-known home remedy for cracked heels is a mixture of rose water with glycerin. However, it only works for mild cases.
Shea butter has been used as a natural treatment for dry skin and cracked heels in different parts of the world for long. You can work, even for severely damaged foot.
