Excessive exposure to sunlight stimulates the wrinkles, because it leads in the direction of scanning moisture of the skin. Try to avoid sun exposure whenever possible. Since everyone has to do some work outside in one way or another, avoiding sun exposure is obviously not possible. It can however be reduced to an extent.Apart from reducing sun exposure, use sunscreen can help protect your skin from wrinkles. Use an umbrella on sunny days also helps reduce sun exposure.
With sun exposure, smoking and stress also contribute to the appearance of wrinkles. Smoking and stress lead to a continued contraction of facial muscles due to the capillary surface activity and thus reduces the form of wrinkles.
